Housing for
       Visiting Students

The housing deadline for visiting students has passed.  Applications received after April 2 will be reviewed until May 1, but housing is not guaranteed.

Housing is available at both the Rose Hill and Lincoln Center campuses for students matriculated at an accredited U.S. college or university and enrolled in and attending Fordham Summer Session classes.

Housing at Lincoln Center is in 2- and 3-bedroom apartments with kitchens and air-conditioning in the heart of Manhattan. The cost for living at Lincoln Center each session is $905 for a double and $1060 for a single room per session.

The Rose Hill campus offers traditional-style housing in air-conditioned rooms with private bathrooms designed to accommodate three people.  The residence halls set among large green lawns and tree-shaded walkways. The cost for living at Rose Hill is $750 per session.
