Procedure to Obtain Refunds: The student should confirm refund eligibility with the dean of Summer Session. Once the withdrawal has been processed, the student should contact the Registrar to request and verify method of refund. The Registrar is located in Thebaud Hall on the Rose Hill campus and can be reached at 718-817-3901. Allow three to four weeks for a refund.
Change of Course: Adding or Withdrawing from courses requires completion of an ADD/DROP form signed by the Dean of the Summer Session. Fordham students who choose to add/drop via OASIS/FASTR 1841 are responsible for verifying their registration activities. Students who cannot access on-line registration or are unable to visit the Summer Session Office may fax their specific signed add/drop requests to the Dean at (718) 817-4670. Students who need additional help should contact the Summer Session office at (718) 817-4665. The effective date for any course change is the date a drop/withdrawal occurs via OASIS/FASTR 1841 (available to Fordham students only) or the date upon which the Summer Session Office receives a written form of notification of the course change request.
The last day to Add or Change a course, and the last day to Withdraw from a course without incurring a WF are listed in the academic calendar.
