Welcome to FordhamVets
Fordham is the only NYC university
ranked in the top 25 by Military Times.
Dear Service Members and Veterans,
For the third consecutive year, according to Military Times, Fordham is the most "vet-friendly" university in New York City. And the two other leading national publications for military and veterans have included us in their top ranks, as well.
Fordham’s reputation as a veteran-friendly University dates back to the Civil War. Since then, our relationship with veterans and members of the military has been renewed every time Americans have taken up arms.
Even in the face of the new national cap on VA benefits, Fordham has reaffirmed and increased its Yellow Ribbon commitment to cover ALL tuition and fees for Post-911 veterans (or dependents). That guarantee applies to any of our three campuses, and to any of the 10 schools to which you are admitted. For complete details, read the article on Fordham's news page.
Your options are many:
evening/weekend/on-line study in our school tailored to the needs of adult undergraduate students, or full-time day study in one of our traditional colleges; graduate and professional study in Law, Business, Social Service, Education, Religious Education, or Arts & Sciences.
If you are interested in a Fordham education, contact
Anne Treantafeles, Fordham’s Veterans Entry Adviser, at (212) 636-6602 or atreantafele@fordham.edu to discuss which Fordham school and campus suit you best.
We look forward to welcoming you to the Fordham University community and helping you formulate and achieve your goals.
Sincerely, Michael Gillan, Ph.D.
