VETERANS INITIATIVE

“I called Fordham from my tent in Anbar about getting back into school when I returned to the States. The dean himself returned my call with instructions! That's what Fordham is like: not just higher learning, but higher caring too.”
—-Daniel Mckenzie Bent, FCLS Junior; Specialist, U.S. Army, 2001 to 2007

The Fordham University Veterans Intiative (FordhamVets) is part of the Post 9/11 GI Bill (aka Chapter 33), which gives veterans more options in choosing a college or university. Fordham University is an approved Yellow Ribbon Program University. Its commitment to this program guarantees that all tuition and fees are fully covered for admitted veterans who are classified in the VA’s maximum benefit category.
All colleges and schools on all three of Fordham University's campuses are participating in the Yellow Ribbon Program.
