Rates are net, non-commissionable.  Rates are subject to availability.

The rates shown are per night and subject to the other provisions of this agreement.  Rates are exclusive of state and local taxes.  Rates are subject to 8.875% New York City sales tax (subject to change), 5.875% New York City Hotel Tax, $2.00 per room per night New York City occupancy tax and a $1.50 per room per night New York State occupancy tax.  Sleeping rooms requested other than those listed will be accepted by the Hotel on a space and rate availability basis only.  Guest room rate will be available 1 day prior to and 1 day after the above-contracted dates.

Reservation Method

Each guest will call the reservations department to make their own reservations.  Rates are on a space available basis and can be sold out at anytime.  There is a 48 hour cancellation policy.  Please ask for the AJCU CITM 2010 Group when calling.


The cut off date for in individual call ins is March 18th, 2010.  The Hotel will continue to accept reservations after the cut off date on a space and rate availability basis.

Each individual will be responsible for their own room, tax and incidental charges at time of check out.  A $150.00 deposit, plus room and tax, per night is required of guests who will settle their accounts by cash payment.  This deposit will cover incidental charges.
EARLY DEPARTURE FEE
Confirmation of early departure is requested upon check-in.  Guests checking out prior to confirmed departure time would be charged a $50.00 fee.  Guests wishing to avoid an early checkout fee should advise the hotel at or before check-in of any change in planned length of stay.
