All Grounds requests must be approved by the Office of the Vice President for Facilities Management. Please submit all requests in writing to Deborah Russelli at email@example.com. Please include your telephone number as well as email address.
Requests from student groups must first be approved by the Office of Student Leadership and Community Development at Rose Hill. Requests should be made at least two weeks in advance and include date and time of event, proposed activity, equipment to be used and number of people expected. All catering must be arranged through Sodexo. The Office of Student
Wedding and Engagement Photo requests are limited to faculty, staff, students and alumni. All requests for photos on campus must also be submitted to Deborah Russelli at firstname.lastname@example.org.
