Please note that this list should not be construed as exhaustive; the College retains the right to add or alter the requirements at any time. The College also retains the right to refuse reservation of its facilities to any and all outside groups at its sole discretion.
Facility reservations for approved uses by groups authorized by Marymount will be made and held subject to the following conditions:

- All other contractual fees and/or deposits are paid according to the agreed upon schedule.
Failure to meet the above conditions will result in the cancellation of facility reservations. Additional requirements, rules and regulations are specified by contract. Also:
If the services of a Marymount employee, such as the custodian or electrician or any audio-visual equipment is needed during your event, we will generate an additional invoice based on prices/rates per hour as indicated in the attached rental fee summary.
Please note that parking is limited and spaces are available on a first come first served basis. Attendees of your group should be so informed.
We require a written request of any set-up needs, i.e., tables, chairs. Unless noted, rooms will be rented as is. All details must be finalized two weeks prior to the start of the rental. We also require an estimate of audience attendance and the number of school buses expected for each show as soon as possible before the day of the performance.
