A New Day for CBA:
Hughes Hall Renovation to Provide
Headquarters for Undergraduate Business

The Fordham University Board of Trustees has taken the first step toward converting Hughes Hall into a new home for the College of Business Administration (CBA), a project that will energize business education at Fordham and dramatically expand the amount of academic space at the Rose Hill campus.

At its Feb. 11 meeting, the Board approved the design and engineering phase for the renovation of Hughes Hall, a 50,000-square-foot residence hall across from Edwards Parade.

Inside the Hughes Hall Renovation

The renovation of Hughes Hall will help solidify the College of Business Administration as one of the top institutions for undergraduate business instruction.

The plan includes an advanced trading room, state-of-the-art 250-seat auditorium, nine classrooms with more than 40 seats each and four board/meeting rooms, among other first-rate learning spaces.
