Timothy Cardinal Dolan, the archbishop of New York, will join Stephen Colbert, the popular host of Comedy Central’s The Colbert Report, for a conversation about humor, faith, joy, and the spiritual life, in the Rose Hill Gymnasium on Sept. 14 at 7 p.m.
“The Cardinal and Colbert: Humor, Joy, and the Spiritual Life,” will be moderated by James Martin, S.J., author of Between Heaven and Mirth (HarperCollins, 2012), and the New York Times bestseller The Jesuit Guide to (Almost) Everything (HarperOne, 2010).
The event is open to Fordham students, faculty, and staff who have valid Fordham ID cards. Event bracelets will be distributed on Sept. 13 and Sept. 14 on the Rose Hill and Lincoln Center campuses. For complete distribution information visit www.fordham.edu/dolancolbert.

University Church Organ Arrives at Rose Hill
After a 2,800-mile drive across the country, the first pieces of the University Church’s new organ arrived at Rose Hill on Aug. 8. Installation should be completed by late October, when the church will reopen.

FUP Launches Fordham Art Book
This month Fordham University Press publishes Ancient Mediterranean Art, The William D. and Jane Walsh Collection at Fordham University, a catalogue of the objects in the Fordham Museum of Greek, Etruscan, and Roman Art, which opened in December 2007. The museum constitutes the largest collection of antiquities held by an academic institution in the New York City area. The catalogue includes the initial publication of many important pieces. The book is available for purchase beginning this month on the FUP website (www.fordhampress.com).
