• Assure data integrity and availability.
• Monitor systems processing and take the necessary steps to effect corrective actions for alerts and alarms.
• Devise and implement an efficient backup schedule for data files and assure ability to restore lost data in a timely fashion.
• Maintain systems by providing regular software maintenance, application of patches, HotFixes and upgrades.
• Provide for distribution of reports and other requested data in appropriate format.
• Develop and document Business Continuity plans and practices.
• Provide document imaging services and access to imaged archives.
• Administer firewall rule workflow and rule 'pushes'.
