Summer Hours: 
Effective May 18, 2009 - August 14, 2009 the Helpdesk is available from 8am - 6pm.
Please note: There will be no service available on days the University is closed.

Resident students may call (212) 636-6299 on Saturday and Sunday when network, telecommunications, or cable television issues arise.



The Fordham University Help Desk is available to assist all members of the Fordham community whenever computer or telecommunications issues arise. The Help Desk is your first point of contact with the User Support Services Group or the Telecommunications Group.

Utilizing BMC Service Desk Express software, the Help Desk Specialist will record each request for assistance, assign a ticket number for follow up purposes and then electronically deliver the request to the appropriate support group as needed.

The Help Desk staff works closely with the Instructional Technology Academic Computing staff to continually update their knowledge of standard university software packages.
