User Support Services

User Support Services provides a series of services to the Fordham community which includes desktop support in both hardware and software, computer lease replacement, and localized computer access via kiosk.  Services are expanding to include FACTS, the Fordham online technology knowledge base, and coordination of small IT related projects. User Support Services works closely with the other areas within Fordham IT to resolve issues and facilitate service requests.

User Support technicians are located at the Rose Hill, Lincoln Center, and Westchester campuses. Technicians are dispatched when requests for assistance cannot be be resolved during calls to
IT Customer Care.

  • Email Configuration
  • Computer and Peripheral Installations
  • Software Installations
  • Software and Hardware Malfunctions
  • Virus Infections
  • Network Connectivity
