The Fordham IT Laureate Program
Fordham University, and Fordham IT alike, are committed to “the discovery of Wisdom and the transmission of Learning,” through research and education to the development of leadership in a global society.
“Leadership holds a moral imperative to grow and develop persons to the best of their ability and within an institution and its Mission,” said University VP and CIO Dr. Frank J. Sirianni.
To that point, The Fordham IT Laureate Program is a professional leadership development program designed for select Fordham IT staff. The program’s end goal is to produce capable and empowered individuals throughout Fordham IT who can exercise day-to-day leadership in their current positions to positively impact Fordham IT and the University. Participation is open to all levels of Fordham IT staff. Interested staff submit written applications that describe how they think participation will contribute to both their own personal and professional growth, and the strategic missions of Fordham IT and the University. Selection is made solely by the CIO based on these written applications.
