Faculty & Staff E-mail Services


Please check back frequently for updates and news related to e-mail services.



Preventative Maintenance is performed on e-mail services from 6:00 AM - 8:00 AM every Friday.

Additionally, Rose Hill Non-Mail Servers [administrative] are maintained from 7:30 PM - 8:30 PM on the first Friday of every month, and Lincoln Center Non-Mail Servers from 7:30 PM - 8:30 PM on the third Friday of every month.

Users should not be impacted as most of the e-mail related servers are redundant. The exceptions are FIRE-ST04 (Sametime Server), FIRE-BES02 (Blackberry e-mail server) and FIRE-BM01 (Bulk Mail server for Groupcast mailings.) 



25 Apr 2006 - IE7 and iNotes
Microsoft has released a beta version of Internet Explorer 7. Please be advised that iNotes does not support IE 7 beta and if you decide to download this version of Internet Explorer your iNotes will not work.



Training:
Quick Start Guides for the Desktop Client and Domino Web Access are available in the Faculty Technology Centers on each campus.

            Marymount: Marian 103, ext. 7492

Additionally, One-on-One and Computer Based (CBT) training are available for Lotus Notes 6.5.5 and Domino Web Access.
