Committee on guidelines [COG]

Colleagues,
I am pleased to introduce you to a working body which I have assembled under the executive oversight of Jason Benedict, University Information Security Officer, and Katherine Egan, our Strategic Program Officer for university IT initiatives. The Committee on Guidelines (COG) will work with Fordham's Information Technology team to help formulate and codify process improvements, guidelines and policies for use within Fordham IT as well as University’s Internal Audit Department and Risk Committee to coordinate the publication, dissemination and enforcement of the University’s policies as a whole.
The documented procedures and policies created by this group will become a cornerstone of our drive for improvement & governance, and I expect everyone to give the Committee their full cooperation and support.
