IT Support 

The University Help Desk provides support and assistance for all technological issues related to Fordham IT services. This includes:

  • E-Mail
  • Network access, wired & wireless
  • Virus infections & prevention
  • Hardware installations & malfunctions
  • Software installations & malfunctions
  • Telephone & Fax line requests 


**Summer Hours**

University Help Desk:

Effective Monday, May 19, 2008 through Friday, August 15, 2008 the University Help Desk will be available between 8AM and 6PM.

Student Technology Centers:

The Student Technology Centers on both the Rose Hill and the Lincoln Center campuses will remain available between 10AM and 6PM.

Effective Monday, May 26, 2008 the Student Technology Center on the Rose Hill campus will be temporarily relocated for the summer to the Faculty Technology Center in Keating Hall room B-27a.

Please note: There will be no service available on days that the University is closed.
