IT Customer Care

Who we are?
Fordham IT Customer Care is readily available to resolve technology related issues for University students, faculty and staff.

What is IT Customer Care?
IT Customer Care is comprised of the IT Help Desk and the IT Customer Care Centers located at the Rose Hill and Lincoln Center campuses.

What we do?
We are available to answer your questions and resolve your problems including, but not limited to your computer’s operating system, software applications, account claiming via my.fordham.edu, email-access, wireless, internet and network connection, as well as any other technology related issue.

When are we available?
We are available Monday-Friday at the hours listed below, with the exception of when the university is closed.
