IT Customer Care

Fordham IT Customer Care resolves issues related to technology for University students, faculty and staff. Our two walk-in centers are located on the Rose Hill and Lincoln Center campuses.

We answer your questions and resolve problems about technology, including your computer’s operating system, software applications, claiming your AccessIT ID, email access, wireless, Internet and network connection, and other issues.

ITCC is closed when the University is closed, including holidays, weather-related closures, and summer Fridays.
