Blackboard Support

Welcome to the Fordham IT: ITAC Blackboard support site.

Blackboard is Fordham's Learning Management System (LMS), managed by Instructional Technology Academic Computing (ITAC). It is a repository for course documents and information as well as a virtual space where faculty and students can share information, collaborate on projects, and participate in discussions.

Each of the Student and Faculty Resource Pages contains information and FAQs about Blackboard.  However, if you are unable to find an answer to your question, please feel free to contact us via email at blackboard@fordham.edu from your Fordham email account.

Make sure to download a copy of "Top Ten Things You Should Know About Blackboard" for a list of things every Blackboard user should know!
