Currently, Fordham is using Microsoft Office Project Server 2010 as its project management tool. Project Server 2010 enables organizations to better manage projects and resources, collaborate across the entire enterprise, and effectively analyze and report on both projects and programs and the work being done.
Microsoft Office Project Server 2010 brings together the collaboration services of Microsoft SharePoint Server 2010 with structured execution capabilities of Project Server to provide flexible work management solutions.
In addition, Project Server 2010 unifies project and portfolio management to help organizations align resources and investments with business priorities, see graphic representations of resource allocations, and project performance, and finally see, through powerful dashboards, the transition from data to information that is necessary for decision making.
