Reference Materials The Fordham Project Management Framework [FPMF] was developed using best practices and resulting materials from the Confirmare project as a baseline and then leveraging industry standards from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
The FPMF is a work in progress. As an introduction, we have provided a flow chart illustrating the overall project request process flow at a high-level. Ultimately, we will provide the entire framework here as well as a shorter Guide, forms, and sample project documents.
