Online Learning Resources
In support of the University's Mission, Fordham IT Technology Training and Development provides a wide range of services and resources to assist Faculty and Staff in their teaching, learning, research and administrative needs. These online learning resources are available to all Fordham University Faculty and Staff at no charge.

Gmail Quick Reference
Google Apps for Education Edition is a suite of hosted communication and collaboration applications designed for schools and universities. Fordham University has chosen the following Google Apps for use by Faculty and Staff. This central repository provides electronic resources and documentation to assist you with the Google migration. It is available for viewing via: https://my.fordham.edu and includes topics such as Google Mail, Google Calendar, Google Contacts and Google Talk (Chat) along with Fordham specific instructions.

To access the Gmail Quick Reference
  1. Log into the Fordham University portal, https://my.fordham.edu
  2. Select the Employee tab
  3. View the All Things Gmail channel
  4. Click the Gmail Quick Reference link

Microsoft (E-Learning) for Office 2010
Fordham IT offers E-Learning courses for Microsoft Office 2010 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Access) via: https://my.fordham.edu

Learn the new features of Microsoft Office 2010 from self – study training videos that you get to take whenever you want online. Watch instructor – led videos and learn Office 2010 at your own pace.

To access the MS Office 2010 Computer Based Training (CBT) Videos
  1. Log into the Fordham University portal, https://my.fordham.edu
  2. Select the Blackboard icon on the upper right hand side
  3. Click the MS Office 2010 CBT Training Videos link

Quick Reference Site
Fordham IT provides the Quick Reference Site for your convenience. Our goal is to provide links and/or content on this site to assist you with the use of the application software systems used by Fordham employees and faculty. Access to the systems or functions within any of the systems referenced on this site is dependent on your role and responsibilities at the University. You may not have access to some of the systems, or functions within those systems, referenced on this site.

To access the Quick Reference Site
  1. Log into the Fordham University portal, https://my.fordham.edu
  2. Select the Employee tab
  3. View the Documentation and Guides channel
  4. Click the Quick Reference Site link
