Banner Student Module
Banner 7 General Navigation and Fundamentals Training: Designed for all beginning Banner users. It is also suitable for new hires and those who need a refresher in the basics of Banner. Through this course participants obtain the knowledge and practice to become familiar with the navigation, interface and components that make up the Banner system.
Student System Overview, Navigation, General Person Training: Participants receive an overview of the concepts and functionality of each Banner Student System module. Designed to develop the understanding of Banner navigation methods and the General Person module.
Admissions and General Student Training: Participants develop the knowledge and understanding of the Curriculum Rules, Admissions and Communication Planning.
Location Management (Housing) Training: Designed for key staff that deal with Housing and Meal Plans. Participants develop knowledge and understanding of the functional applications of the Location Management/Housing Module.
Registration/Fee Assessment Training: Designed for staff responsible for Registration of students, Admissions Office and relevant Bursar's office staff. Participants develop the understanding of the functional applications of the Registration/Fee Assessment module.
Academic History Training: Designed to develop an understanding of the functional procedures of Transferring Credit, Maintaining Institutional Credit, Articulating Courses for Equivalent Credit and Graduation, Degree and Awards Information.
Web for Student Training: Designed for Enrollment Services, Admissions Office and Financial Aid staff. Participants learn the process of Registration through the Web for Students Module. 
Web for Faculty and Advisors Training: Designed for Enrollment Services, Admissions, Financial Aid Staff, Faculty and Advisors using the self-service module. Participants learn to identify primary functions offered in Banner for Faculty and Advisors.
Transfer Credit Processing Training: Designed for Undergraduate, Graduate Admissions Offices and Dean's Office Staff responsible for Transfer Credit processing in Banner.

Banner Finance Module
Banner Finance End User Training - A hands on introduction to the new Banner Finance Environment. During this session you will be working in the Banner Environment and be able to review your budget   balances and query on transactions to see their status. The session will also address frequently asked questions such as how to access the environment and who to call for assistance. Finance personnel will   discuss changes to the account structure and policies. This course is required for all Fordham University employees responsible for monitoring departmental budgets.

New Technology Resources
MyFiles - The Document Manager: Learn the basics of Fordham's My Files - Document Manager. Learn to upload files and share files, create and manage folders. My Files can be accessed via any web browser, from anywhere, increasing collaboration capability and productivity. 
My Files - Creating and Sharing a Wiki: Learn how to create a Wiki through My Files! Create an online learning community for communication and collaboration. Participants will create a wiki , add content, upload files and share the wiki with others.
Faculty Activity Report System Training: Designed to introduce the basic functions of the new online faculty activity report system, Activity Insight. Upon completion of this course, you will be able to navigate to the Activity Insight system, review data, enter data and produce your faculty activity report. Topics include What is my AccessIT ID, the University Portal, Accessing Activity Insight, the Rapid Reports and Run Custom Reports function. It is recommended that faculty bring information on their 2008 activities, particularly information on publications, presentations and grants, as this information can be used to learn the system.
Protect IT Security Awareness Training: Designed to provides participants with education on what types of security issues and incidents employees of Fordham may face in the day-to-day routine of their business function.
