Create a meaningful relationship with a student or fellow alum and help them enhance their knowledge and skills through your guidance, advice and professional expertise.
Alumni Mentoring Program
Have you graduated one to ten years ago? Would you like to act as a Career Mentor to freshmen and sophomores? Be part of the Alumni Mentoring Program, a unique opportunity to share your professional insight and understanding with a student.
Through the Mentoring Program, Career Services staff help match each Mentor with the most appropriate Mentee, and will also provide support and resources to help cultivate this relationship.
This program benefits those students who are early on in the career process and may not be sure where there interests lie. Pairing students with a recent graduate, such as yourself, who has gone down a similar path of constructing career goals, will undoubtedly enhance a student’s career exploration process.

Career Contact & Alumni Mentor Network via MonsterTRAK
Serve as a Contact Person for both Students and Alumni via Fordham’s Alumni Networking Database. This is a useful resource for individuals who would like to learn more about your industry and profession via the web. Additionally, as a Contact Person, you may be able to provide professional networking opportunities that otherwise might not be available. This is an excellent way for mentors who live far from campus to stay connected to alma mater!
This system, a service as part of MonsterTRAK.com, allows you to register online and choose the mode and frequency of contact you prefer via email, telephone, or both.
