If you are planning an On-Campus Recruiting event, conducting a presentation on campus would be a great way to market your opportunities to students. Your presentation may be scheduled at any time convenient for you. Presentations are held at our Rose Hill Campus, and can feature an information session on jobs & internships you are currently recruiting for, or an open presentation about your company/organization. Please allow two weeks for your request to be processed prior to receiving confirmation.

Requesting an Information Session:
· On your homepage please click on the “Events“ tab, and click on “Information Sessions”
· Click on “Add New” to request an Information Session, complete the form and press submit
· Your request will then be reviewed, and upon approval, you will receive an email confirmation

Best Practices Guide
The Office of Career Services at Fordham University has developed a Best Practices Guide for On-Campus Recruiting in order to make your experience with us a more productive and positive one! This Best Practices Guide will help us to better serve your recruiting needs, as well as the needs of Fordham University students and alumni.
If there are any changes to be made to your schedule after it has been arranged for On-Campus Recruiting, we ask that you give us at least two days notice. Please keep in mind that students re-arrange their class schedules and exams in order to attend interviews, and last minute changes can result in student cancellations and a disruption to academic studies.
If you need to consolidate your schedule due to time constraint, please contact Career Services at least two days prior to your interviewing date. This will allow our office the proper amount of time to make the changes, and it will provide students enough time to re-arrange their schedules as well.
Please be sure to share reservation and scheduling information internally, between parties who make the reservations and those who are conducting the interviews, prior to coming on-campus. This will help avoid any miscommunication or confusion the day of the interviews. We also ask that you contact Career Services prior to your event with the names of recruiters who will be conducting the interviews on campus.
Once the resume submission deadline for students has passed, it is now your responsibility to review all resumes submitted and “pre-select” students that you would like to interview on-campus. Please make sure to check your event to ensure that you meet "Employer Pre-Select" deadlines. Our On-Campus Recruiting Program is only for Fordham students and recent alumni.
As a courtesy to you, Career Services will provide a folder for you containing copies of your interview schedule, along with the resumes of the students you have chosen to interview. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first interview, so that you may review your schedule for the day.
