Senior On-Campus Recruiting Program

Our Senior On-Campus Recuiting (OCR) Program gives graduating seniors the opportunity to interview with employers on campus for entry-level full-time positions.  Both Liberal Arts and Business majors are encouraged to participate in the On-Campus Recruiting Program during the fall and spring semesters of their final year.

Seniors can access the On-Campus Recruiting Program via the Fordham Job Central System.  Fordham Job Central allows students to search for jobs and internships 24 hours a day, schedule on-campus interviews, manage multiple resumes & coverletters, and rsvp for career events.

To participate in our Senior On-Campus Recruiting Program, students should:

1.  Register their student account on Fordham Job Central.
2.  Attend a Senior On-Campus Recruiting Orientation or review the Senior OCR Online Tutorial.
3. Upload a Career Services critiqued resume to yoru Fordham Job Central student account.
