For recruiters, the technique is called "Market-vue" - a message that is focused, accessible, exclusive - and resides on The Marketplace. For students, it is known as "Res-a-vue", a link included in their resumé and posted on Monstertrak.com. Each vue is a 60 second audio-visual message with interactive links. It is visually attractive and easy to navigate.
