On-Campus Recruiting
The Fordham On-Campus Recruitment Program serves as an opportunity for students to interview on-campus for internship and full-time job opportunities. We encourage all employers to participate in our On-Campus Recruitment Program, and work with employers from the for-profit, non-profit, and government sectors.

On-Campus Recruitment Prerequisites
Students are encouraged to participate in our On-Campus Recruitment Program, as this programs leads to many exciting internship and full-time job opportunities for Fordham students. In order to participate in On-Campus Recruitment, students must complete all of the workshops in The CareerLink Series. The CareerLink Series consists of 4 half-hour prerequisite workshops.
CareerLink Access Levels
Basic Access
Automatically granted to all students
- Create a profile, upload documents and use the resume Builder
Job Search Access
Awarded to students who complete the World of Work and Resume & Cover Letter workshops
- View and apply for jobs and internships
On-Campus Recruiting Access
Awarded to students who complete all 4 workshops
- Participate in our On-Campus Recruiting program
*2011-2012 Juniors and Seniors will be exempt from Job Search Access Prerequisite Workshops

Student Policy
It is expected that any student who schedules an interview with an employer will honor that scheduled appointment. Unexcused absences and last minute cancellations do not enhance your image with potential employers, and weakens the integrity and reputation of Fordham University and the On Campus Recruitment Program. Your actions can also jeopardize the entire recruiting program for future students. Thus, a strict policy regarding "no shows," "cancellations," and job offers will be enforced for the protection of the students of Fordham University.
