Handbook Mentoring Latinas will publish a handbook in the fall of 2011. This is a useful tool for anyone who wants to replicate this program at her/his college or university. This unique publication contains a description of all the steps necessary to create a viable Mentoring Latinas mentoring program. It includes chapters on recruiting mentors and mentees, screening them, training both mentors and mentees, matching mentors and mentees and supporting them throughout the program year. There is also information about recognizing and celebrating the mentees and mentors, closure and program evaluation.
