What is Student Support Services: Project M.A.X.?

Student Support Services is an academic support program provided to eligible students through Academic Affairs at Fordham University.  Our program assists students from their freshman through senior year in choosing and working toward their academic, career and personal goals with programs tailored to specific needs.

The Student Support Services grant is one of eight TRIO Programs under the U.S. Department of Education.  Student Support Services has been in place at Fordham University since 1983 and is funded for 200 students per year.  Our students represent all racial and ethnic backgrounds that have a need for academic and other support services in order to successfully complete their college education.
