New York State Law 2165 requires all students born on or after January 1, 1957 to demonstrate proof of immunity against measles, mumps and rubella. Students must submit documentation from their physicians or former school health officials stating that they have had the necessary vaccinations or copies of lab work (titers) demonstrating immunity from these diseases. Measles, Mumps and Rubella immunizations for Fordham Students are available at the Health Center, the cost of the vaccine is $70 per shot. The Health Center does not accept insurance, if you will like to receive reimbursement from your insurance company you will be able to obtain a receipt after your visit.
New York State Law 2167 requires all students to either received a meningitis vaccine or sign a wavier of refusal. The vaccine is available at the Health Services, the cost of the vaccine is $120, the waiver can be downloaded from our web site at www.fordham.edu/health
