On Wednesday, March 29, 2006, eight distinguished College of Business Administration alumni from Fordham’s President’s Council became mentors to CBA students. The mentors offered advice about interview skills, the significance of internships, and the importance of being knowledgeable in your field as well as other areas of interest.

The morning began with a key note address from Mr. Christopher Fitzmaurice (CBA '84). In his talk, Mr. Fitzmaurice stressed the importance of knowledge, persistence, honesty, and enthusiasm as keys to success. Following this address, the CBA freshman spent time with individual mentors in "break out" rooms.
The morning continued with a wrap up by CBA seniors who summarized the discussions of the break out sessions. The session concluded with a question and answer period.
