Caps and gowns for undergraduates are provided by the University and distributed at the Graduate Salute events in April. Graduates should pre–order their gowns at www.herffjones.com/college/graduation by midnight Friday, March 14 in order to ensure a cap and gown will be available. Please note the dates and locations for Graduate Salute. Your pre–ordered caps and gowns will be available ONLY at the Graduate Salute campus location you select when ordering. 

Graduate Salute

At the Graduate Salutes, graduates have an opportunity to purchase Senior Week tickets, personalized announcements, rings and diploma frames. They may also talk to representatives from the Deans' offices, the Office of Alumni Relations and the Office of Career Planning.

In order to participate in the Graduate Salute, your student accounts must be paid in full or appropriate arrangements made.

Late Orders for Undergraduates

Graduates who do not place an order by Friday, March 14, 2008 may still attend the Graduate Salute.  Extra caps and gowns will be available at that time, and will be available on a first come, first served basis.

Graduates may also pick up caps and gowns in May, however, an $8 late fee (cash only) will be charged.  For late distribution, students may come to the Commuter Lounge in McGinley Center Basement at Rose Hill on Thursday, May 15, 4:30 to 7 p.m., Friday May 16, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Saturday, May 17, 8 to 10 a.m.
