Residential Life

More than 70 percent of undergraduates at Fordham choose to reside on campus in a variety of living environments. Freshmen on the Rose Hill campus may reside in traditional college residence halls such as Alumni Court North and South, offering double rooms and common areas for study and recreation. Queen's Court Residential College, a more academically-focused living experience, features activities ranging from formal debate and public speaking to common dinners with faculty and cultural events.

Upperclass students at Rose Hill can choose from among traditional single, double or triple rooms, two- and three-bedroom apartments, or the two residential college options as well. Off-campus University housing is also available.

Both Freshmen and upperclass students who live on the Lincoln Center campus will reside in our 20-story Residence Hall, which offers double occupancy, two- and three-bedroom apartment style suites. The Residence Hall is equipped with a fitness center, three laundry rooms, study and recreational lounges, and 24-hour security.

The Office of Residential Life at Rose Hill is located in the basement of Alumni Court North, (718) 817-3080, and is located in room 108 of the Lincoln Center Residence Hall, (212) 636-7100.
