Important Notes to Presenters:

] Please make a note of talk code TC assigned to your presentation.  We will try to keep it fixed.

] Please do not delay the writing of your complete papers.  You cannot get useful comments or generate interesting discussion without a written document.  We expect to post all papers on the website before the conference and it would be nice to provide a CD containing all papers to the delegates.  We will of course allow authors to revise their papers in light of discussion at the conference.

] The allocation of session codes, time slots and amount of time for each presentation will be at the discretion of the session president and is subject to change.  Generally, no talk will exceed 22 minutes, since we encourage audience participation and discussion.

] Group Photo:  We ask that all speakers be available between 3PM and 4PM on Tuesday, August 2, 2005 for group photos, etc.

] We urge international speakers to apply for US visas, arrange travel and accommodation as soon as possible to prevent disappointments. Please use links to visa application worksheets are provided.

] If you expect to use the Microsoft PowerPoint software or the slide projector, please also have an Overhead projector version with you as a backup.  This will to cover the possibility of technical problems with the PowerPoint or slides.  Of course, we will have expert help from Fordham’s audio-visual department personnel.

] All presenters are required to register and registration fees go up over time.
