Copyright Transfer You are requested to transfer the
copyright of the version of your paper presented at the conference to us to
enable wide distribution of your paper in a CD-ROM or a book. The copyright transfer will not stand in
the way of a publication of a version of your paper in other outlets.
Paper Format (for mostly
uniform appearance on the CD-ROM) and Page Limits
1] The current plans are that Proceedings will be
published only in electronic CD format.
A book is not contemplated, but we do not want to rule it our
either.
2] We follow the North American
paper of size 8.5 by 11 inches format (not the A4 format). There are no paper
margin specifications.
3] 12-point Times New Roman is the
preferred font and MS Word is the preferred
software.
4] Color graphics are acceptable.
5] Paper page limit is 33 pages of single spaced text in Times New Roman font size 12-point for all papers. This limit includes any tables, appendices, etc. Please remember that everyone prefers short papers.
6] The discussant comments on other papers are subject to a page limit of 5 pages. Discussion submissions are subject to a distinct format.
6] Put page numbers on all pages at
the bottom right from 1 to whatever.
7] You MUST proofread your paper
before finalizing and submitting it to us.
Paper Text
1] Title: Type the title of your paper in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS, Centered and Bold in 14-point Times New Roman font.
2] Under the title leave two spaces
and include author names of all authors each
followed by affiliation, address and contact information. Use a separate line for each author and
type single space. All author names
should appear as a block of lines centered. In co-authored papers, the person
presenting the paper to the audience should be identified in parentheses as:
Ò(presenter)Ó at the end of the personÕs name, but before all other affiliation
information. If all authors are
jointly presenting, there is no need to explicitly identify the presenters.
3] After the author names include an
Abstract of less than 150 words.
4] Please write the body of the
paper in any suitable format with suitable division into sections, subsections,
etc. Ideally, all Tables and Graphs
should be closest to the place where they are referenced in the paper. However, during the revision process
this can create formatting problems in MS Word software causing parts of tables
spilling over to different pages.
It is convenient to include all Tables and Graphs at the end. This is
permissible. Any Appendices should
be at the end of the paper before the List of References.
5] Please include a List of References (if any) at the end
of the text of the paper.
6] Reader
Recommendations (optional): Credit
to readers and reviewers of your paper: Please encourage your colleagues and
friends to seriously read your paper and make critical comments. If your paper
has been read by someone who is willing to formally say that he or she feels
that it deserves to be published, we would like to include the name,
affiliation and other information about such a person at the end of the List of
References of your paper. Such
reader recommendations are optional, but note that they will enhance the impact
of your paper, which is what we all want.
7] Biographical information about the authors. Please provide a short
biographical information (less than 100 words) on the Conference Proceedings
CD. You can optionally provide a
photographs of the authors (as a doc, pdf, or Jpg file ). Please
make the biographical information a part of the paper itself placed at the very
end of the paper, after list of references, appendices (if any) and entitled
