GRADUATION APPLICATION PROCESS
Students scheduled to graduate must apply on-line (except GBA) using the my.fordham.edu portal by the
following deadline dates. Please note: If you do not apply by the deadline date, you may not graduate.
Undergraduates: May (SPRING) graduation by February 5th
August (SUMMER) graduation by August 1st
February (FALL) graduation by December 31st
Graduates: GSAS May (SPRING) graduation by February 5th
August (SUMMER) graduation by August 1st
February (FALL) graduation by December 31st
GRE May (SPRING) graduation by February 5th
August (SUMMER) graduation by August 1st
February (FALL) graduation by December 31st
GSS May (SPRING) graduation by January 25th
August (SUMMER) graduation by January 25th
February (FALL) graduation by September 20th
GED May (SPRING) graduation by February 5th
August (SUMMER) graduation by June 30th
January(FALL) graduation by December 31st
GBA* May (SPRING) graduation by February 1st
August (SUMMER) graduation by June 3rd
January(FALL) graduation by November 1st
*Please complete candidate for degree card found on GBA webpage
INSTRUCTIONS:
- On my.Fordham, Click on the Student tab
- Click on Banner Self Service
- Click on Student
- Click on Student Records
- Click on Apply to Graduate
- Select Term of graduation or latest term from pull down
- Submit
- Follow through with the remaining steps.
If you experience any difficulty accessing the application, you may not be eligble to graduate for the following reasons:
1. You or someone in Academic Records may have already applied for you, or
2. You may not have declared a major, or
3. You are not classified as a candidate for graduation
