Paris: H. Champion, 1970.

Seven manuscripts in the French of England survive.

Chanson de Roland, ed. and trans. Gerard J. Brault. University Park: University of Pennsylvania Press, 1978.

The oldest surviving manuscript of the Chanson de Roland, dating from the middle of the twelfth century (generally called the Oxford Manuscript, also known as Bodleian Digby 23), is in Anglo-Norman. This edition presents that text with an introduction, commentary, and an English translation.

Paris: CFMA, 1931.

This incomplete Anglo-Norman manuscript is the only surviving fragment of a Continental chanson de geste.

F. Guessard and H. Michelant. Paris: F. Vieweg, 1859

The only complete version of this chanson de geste is in the French of England, but the only edited version mainly uses a Continental text with supplements from the Anglo-Norman manuscript to fill in lacunae.
