When Veronica Escobar (FCRH ’00, LAW ’03) was a senior at Rose Hill, she would spend Tuesday afternoons with Melanie Fagundo at St. Martin of Tours School in the Bronx, working closely with Fagundo on her math, reading and religion homework
assignments. In November 2006, the pair reunited in the Bronx, this time in the William D. Walsh Family Library on Fordham’s Rose Hill campus, where Fagundo is a member of the Class of 2010.
