Apply to Summer Musical Theatre Intensive

Who is Eligible

College students and recent graduates are eligible to apply. Rising high school seniors with a G.P.A. of 3.0 or better are also welcome to apply (you will be asked to provide an unofficial high school transcript). Experienced actors and beginners are both welcome!

To Apply

Fill out the application (this form is only for non-Fordham students). When you apply, please submit a 1-page cover letter and/or resume outlining your theatre experience and aspirations. Please also send a video audition of a song via email to [email protected]. You may reply to the confirmation email with the video if that is more convenient.

Fordham students should email their materials (cover letter and resume/cover letter and audition song) to [email protected] for further assistance.

Tuition for 2024 is estimated to be $4200 (rates will be finalized in the Spring). A $300 deposit is required.

If housing is desired, an additional $50 housing deposit will be charged (housing is charged separately). The rate for 2023 was $1360 for five weeks.

Please note that high school students are not eligible for housing.

When your application is received, you will receive an email notification. You will then be contacted by the director of the program to schedule an informal interview phone call.

Students not accepted to the program will be fully refunded.

Cancellations

Cancellations of housing must be made in writing to [email protected] by May 14. Students who cancel housing after this date will be subject to full housing charges. Withdrawals from the class can be made in writing to [email protected]. The deadline to withdraw with a full refund is May 31. Thereafter, the refund schedule articulated on the Withdrawals and Refunds page will be followed.
