Officers

The Executive Board is elected by the student body every spring and consists of the President, Vice President, Vice President - Evening, Secretary and Treasurer. Senators are appointed to oversee committees such as admissions, community service, career planning and social events. Each fall, 1L section reps are elected by each first-year section. They meet with the Executive Board as advocates for the concerns of 1L students and organize educational, social, and community service events for their individual sections.

Kimi Greer (President)

FLS SBA Kim Greer 240x204 SM

Hi everyone! I am honored to be serving as your SBA President this academic year. Together, we will make this a positive and meaningful year for the Fordham Law community.

A bit about me: I graduated from Northwestern University in June 2012 with a BA in Journalism and Legal Studies. I loved the time I spent in the Windy City but was eager to return to New York, my home state! I spent the following year as a teacher, where I was given a first-hand glimpse into the current state of our education system. That glimpse was enough to confirm my desire to work in education law and policy, where I believe I can make a greater difference for my students. My 1L summer I interned at the New York City Department of Education's Office of the General Counsel in the Administrative Trials Unit. This past summer, I was a summer associate at Vedder Price.

As your President, I will do my absolute best to ensure the needs and concerns of the student body are being heard and addressed. I am here to serve as your spokeswoman and to advocate for policies that directly impact student life at Fordham. Please feel free to email me or reach out at any time. I'm looking forward to a wonderful year!

Christina Kim (Vice President)

Kenneth Brady (Vice President, Evening)

FLS SBA Ken Brady 240x240 SM

Hi - I'm Ken Brady, 2LE, and am looking forward to serving as your SBA Evening Division-VP this 2015-2016 school year.

I'm originally from Monmouth County, New Jersey and graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 2004 (English and History Majors, Nuclear Engineering Minor).  After graduation I was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the Military Intelligence Corps of the United States Army, and later became and US Army Civil Affairs Officer in 2009) .  I have been stationed in Arizona, Maryland, Missouri, and North Carolina, and deployed to Northern Iraq from 2010-2011 as part of Operation New Dawn.  I actually really enjoyed my deployment, during which I led a team responsible for Humanitarian Assistance and Infrastructure Development supporting the Combined Joint Special Operations Task Force-Arabian Peninsula in Kurdistan and Northern Iraq.

Soon after my deployment I left active duty in 2012, and currently serve as a Major in the US Army Reserve leading a small Joint Human Intelligence (HUMINT) Team based out of Ft. Dix, NJ.  I also began work at JP Morgan Chase in 2012 in their Global Financial Crimes Compliance Corporate Division - the first three years of my civilian career were spent in Anti-Money Laundering Compliance, and I am excited to have recently transitioned into the Sanctions and Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) Compliance Team, supporting the Corporate & Investment Bank at JP Morgan.  I have enjoyed my year so far at Fordham Law and look forward to graduating (in 33 months...) and continuing to work in the Global Financial Services & Compliance fields.  I live down the Jersey Shore (Spring Lake) and when I'm not at JP Morgan, Fordham, or Ft. Dix, I enjoying hanging out with my wife Maya and two kids (Stella, age 4, and Rob, age 2) down at the beach or in my backyard.

As your SBA Evening Division VP my goal is to bridge the gap between the "Daywalkers" and the "Nightcrawlers," and to help eliminate the perception that there are two separate Law Schools at Fordham.  I ran on a 'Diversity' based platform - and by diversity, I mean switching up the menu from the Evening Division Pizza Nights to possibly integrating FroYo or a 'Taco Tuesday' - but in all seriousness, I hope to serve as the link between all Law School Students (Night and Day Division) with the Fordham Law Administration to represent your concerns, opinions, and grievances.

Please reach out to me any time if you have any questions or something to say (kbrady24@law.fordham.edu) and look forward to meeting you during our time at Fordham Law!

Susan Moskovits (Secretary)

FLS SBA Susan Moskovits 240x240 SM

My name is Susan Moskovits, I am a 2L student and so excited to serve as your incoming SBA secretary!

As secretary, I plan to (1) facilitate communication between the administration and student body, (2) ensure that information is presented to students in a clear and accessible manner, (3) broaden the connection between students and alumni, (4) remain receptive to students’ needs in order to advocate on their behalf, and (5) continue to cultivate Fordham’s uniquely supportive environment. Additionally, I recognize that among the many needs of the student body is to unwind and have some fun! Equally as important as the job offers we procure while at Fordham, are the long lasting relationships we take with us into our future lives. I hope you all join us for SBA’s events this year, which will include social events as well as networking opportunities. Please feel free to reach out to me at any time. I will be holding office hours and am always accessible via email. The SBA exists to ensure that the school year runs smoothly and to give a voice to student concerns. Please use us as a resource!

Hello! My name is Herbie Rosen and I am a 2L this 2015-2016 school year. I will be serving as your SBA Treasurer!

A bit about me: Originally from the friendly state of Minnesota, I graduated from Brandeis University in 2012 with a BA in American Studies. I spent the following two years as a US History & Special Education Teacher at St. HOPE Leadership Academy through Teach For America. Interested in education law, I came to Fordham with the intention of changing public policy. I love the law school experience and being exposed to so many different areas of the law.

As your Treasurer, I will work closely with club leaders to make sure that all events and initiatives run smoothly. I will work with the SBA executive board and First Year Section & Committee Representatives to help make this a great year. Feel free to stop me in the hall or email me if you have any questions, suggestions, ideas or if you just want to say hi!
