Raghupathi is a professor of information systems and program director of the Master of Science in Business Analytics. He's also the director of Fordham University’s Center for Digital Transformation and runs the Gabelli School of Business Innovation Lab.

Dr. Raghupathi’s current teaching and research interests include analytics applied to financial technologies, healthcare, sustainability, and risk, as well as big data analytics and artificial intelligence methods. He has published more than 50 refereed journal articles, including several in the analytics field. He is co-editor for North America of the International Journal of Healthcare Information Systems and Informatics.

Prior to joining the Gabelli School of Business faculty, Dr. Raghupathi taught for many years at California State University, Chico. He received his bachelor of commerce and bachelor of law degrees from Osmania University (India), a master of commerce degree from Sri Venkateswara University (India), an MBA and PhD from the University of Texas (Arlington), and an LLM in intellectual property in information technology from Fordham University. He serves on the advisory board of Self Care Catalysts.
