Students may earn credit for study at one of Fordham's summer programs in Colombia, Ireland, Ghana or Korea, or at another summer study program approved by the American Bar Association. Courses in all of these programs are in English. Summer study may not be used to accelerate a student's graduation.
Other Summer Study Abroad Opportunities
Fordham students may apply toward the J.D. program credit earned through any summer study abroad program approved by the American Bar Association. All students wishing to study abroad through such a program must seek advance approval from the Registrar to ensure that credit will be awarded. Students wishing to study abroad in a program not sponsored by an ABA-approved law school must seek advance written approval from the Office of International and Non-J.D. Programs to ensure that credit will be awarded.
