Stephen J. Grable
Adjunct Professor of Law
Stephen J. Grable is a litigation associate at Hahn & Hessen LLP, representing financial institutions, corporations, fiduciaries, and individuals in a variety of state and federal courts. Steve has broad experience in all phases of litigation, including pre-action investigations, pleadings and motions to dismiss, discovery, summary judgment motions, evidentiary hearings and trials, and appeals. Steve’s practice focuses on Fiduciary Litigation (including contested accountings, probate and will contests, guardianship disputes, Prudent Investor Act claims, and breach of fiduciary duty claims), Bankruptcy Litigation (including fraudulent conveyance and preference disputes), and general Commercial Litigation (including breach of contract claims and related business torts).
Steve also holds adjunct professor appointments at Fordham University School of Law and Seton Hall Law School, teaching both survey and advanced courses on mediation, negotiation, and related alternative dispute resolution processes.
