  • Retired Partner, Clifford Chance. Over thirty years as an attorney representing major United States and European corporations in domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances, corporate finance transactions, consensual debt restructurings, bankruptcy reorganizations and other significant corporate matters.
  • Senior Advisor to the investment banking firm Old Post Management LLC.
  • Teaches Corporate Transactions: Finance And Litigation.
  • Has taught Legal Aspects of Corporate Finance for 23 years at Fordham Law School; previously he was an Adjunct Professor of Law at the New York University School of Law, for a number of years, teaching the same class.
  • Adviser to the 2018 Regional Runner-up Fordham Law School Team in the
    National  Law Meets M&A Practice Moot Court Type Competition.
