Lori Rassas is a SPHR-certified labor and employment attorney, with over two decades of experience handling employment law and traditional labor law matters, representing both employers and employees in unionized and nonunionized environments. Throughout her career she has provided extensive guidance and counsel on all phases of the employment process, and has negotiated, drafted, and administered documents related to all aspects of the employment relationship including employment contracts, collective bargaining agreements, company handbooks, workplace policies, settlement agreements, and separation and severance agreements. She has developed a pragmatic approach to the prevention and resolution of employment disputes which is derived from her experience working to resolve complex legal issues that have arisen on both sides of the bargaining table.  She is also an executive coach, author, mediator and experienced trainer and educator----and she has created and delivered course content for diverse student populations, executives, and other adult learners at a number of organizations and academic institutions.
