Student Handbook: No-Contact Restriction

The Dean of Students or their designate may issue verbally and/or in writing a directive restricting contact between two or more students.  This includes, but is not limited to, telephonic, electronic, text, written, or direct verbal contact and also prohibits a student from passing messages via other individuals.  A student who wishes to report a violation of a no-contact restriction can contact the issuing office during business hours and/or the Department of Public Safety at any time.  For sexual and related misconduct cases, a student can also contact their Administrative Support Person at any time. Students who violate a no-contact restriction are subject to disciplinary action.
