Real Estate Institute Professional Certificates and Continuing Education

The Fordham Real Estate Institute offers flexible, fully asynchronous 6-week online courses designed for immediate practical application. These non-credit courses are 100% online and allow students to work at their own pace while learning directly from industry experts.  

Courses cost $675 each, but you can save on your final course if you bundle:

• 5-Course Certificate Bundle: Final course tuition drops to $25
• 4-Course Certificate Bundle: Final course tuition drops to $155

How to Claim Your Discount:

You must complete these steps before registering for your final course:

• Declare Candidacy: Email your full name and your intended certificate program to [email protected] with the subject line "bundle discount".

• Obtain the Discount Code: Request and receive your discount code by emailing the same address.

Academic Rules & Time Limits

• Academic Requirements: All applied courses require a Passing (P) grade. No Credit (NC) grades do not count toward your certificate.
• Time Limits: Students have a window of three years from the start date of their very first course to complete their certificate.

Refund Policy 

For professional certificate online courses: Students are eligible for a 100% tuition refund if they withdraw from the course within 3 calendar days of the date of registration. No refund thereafter.
