Ms. Ocasio (second from left) awards Tracy, Rithika, and Anne their IPD Travel Scholarships. Tracy and Rithika will intern for six months with Catholic Relief Services in Zimbabwe and Brazil respectively, while Anne will intern at the Institute on Church and Social Issues in the Philippines.
