Winter Merienda - December 7, 2006

We held IPED's Winter Merienda in the O'Hare Room of Walsh Library.  Ms. Marie Antoinette de Jesus (Philippines) received the Matteo Ricci Award for Academic Excellence. The recipients of the International Peace and Development Travel Scholarships were Mr. Owen Cahillane (USA) and Ms. Angela Snell (USA).

Awards

Dr. Derrell and Dr. Burke award Angela (second from left) and Owen (third from left) their IPD Travel Scholarships. Angela and Owen will intern for six months with Catholic Relief Services in Zimbabwe and Brazil respectively.
