Be sure to read all instructions carefully. Also be sure to print out three copies of the Recommendation Form.

Before printing, be sure to "highlight" the right side frame. This highlighting is usually done by placing your mouse arrow inside the right side frame and then clicking the left button of your mouse. After the right side frame is highlighted, you then simply follow your browser's normal print procedure.
