FAITH IN ACTION

Rejoice, O young men, in your youth, and let your heart cheer you in the days of your youth. Walk in the ways of your heart and the sight of your eyes. But know that for all these things God will bring you into jugement. Ecclesiates 11, 9.

Do not be conformed to this
world, but be tranformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect. Rom. 12, 2.

Our programs are open to Fordham Students, Faculty and Alumni age 21 & over. Our fall version of Theology-on-Tap is on the way. Don't forget to check back this site for further details. Looking forward to another year of fun and spiritual growth.

Academic year 2013-2014

If we want to live more than ordinary spiritual lives as Christian men, it is necessary that we be great feeders upon the word of God, which is not only full of wisdom but powerful. "If ye abide in me and my words abide in you, ask whatsoever ye will and it shall done unto you." And still further, without spiritual Bible study, other spiritual helps may often lead us in danger, and ultimately they may be abandoned. Take the matter of meditation; without the Bible, maditation may lead a man to morbid instrospection. Secret prayer is not a monologue, but is a dialogue.

Campus Ministry at Rose Hill and at Lincoln Center campuses is proud to offer for the second consecutive year Bible study at Fordham University. Sessions for fall 2013 will start towards the end of September. For further information, please contact the office of Faith Formation and Sacraments at 718-817-4539 or cm@fordham.edu

College life at Fordham could not be better than allowing the Spirit to speak to us through Scripture. Looking forward to another amazing journey in the Lord.
